SIGN UP ON-LINE OR AT THE NOBLE STORE IN LEXINGTON, MI.

Beginning January 1, 2008, each new NOBLE Loyalty Card entry receives twenty five (25) rewards points. Every 200 points earned entitles the NOBLE Loyalty Card holder to a $20.00 NOBLE Rewards Cash Certificate. Sale and discounted items are excluded from NOBLE rewards.  The Loyalty Card must be presented at the time of purchase to credit Loyalty points.  The NOBLE Rewards Cash Certificate will be mailed or electronically sent to the Loyalty card holder.  The Rewards Cash Certificate is good for one year from date of issue.
