Emile Henry cookware features Ceradon®, an exclusive finishing process that improves the qualities of traditional pottery.
Fired at 2100°F, clay becomes chip resistant with a glaze that won’t scratch or craze, even when cutting.
2-4 salmon fillet pieces approx. 6” long
1 jar Robert Rothschild Farms Asian Sesame Oven & Grill Sauce
Salt
parchment paper
Clean & check salmon for bones. Cut parchment paper for salmon allowing for 6” overlap on side and ends when wrapped. Place salmon on parchment and season with salt.
Spread grilling sauce on salmon and fold parchment into a “packet”, tucking ends under.
Arrange salmon on baking sheet (also lined with parchment for easy clean up) and place in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
Allow salmon to rest 5 minutes before opening parchment packets carefully and remove salmon for plating.
Pour collected juices/sauce from parchment packets over salmon.
We recommend a simple stir fry using your favorite stir fry vegetables tossed with cooked Asian Noodle Linguini, available at Noble, as a side dish to compliment the above recipe.
